Jeremiah D. Amos focuses his practice on all aspects of estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, and probate. He takes pride in helping individuals and families protect the people they love and the assets they spent a lifetime earning with estate plans customized to their specific needs.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2008 and his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013. Before joining Nadler Biernath LLC, Jeremiah worked with Debra Robinson at her estate planning practice in Johns Creek. Throughout his career, Jeremiah has practiced in the areas of estate planning, family law, civil litigation, and corporate compliance.

Jeremiah’s dedication to helping clients with their estate planning needs began during his time as a family law attorney. It was then that he found a passion for helping guide clients through the sometimes complicated matter of understanding the law around estate planning and educating clients about the options available to them to accomplish their goals. After seeing first-hand the tremendous ways in which a well-organized estate plan can benefit individuals and their families—often in their most difficult times—Jeremiah made the decision to build on that foundation and devote his career to providing clarity and peace of mind to his clients.

Born and raised in Roswell, Georgia, Jeremiah has spent the better part of his adult life in North Fulton.  He is a member of the North Fulton Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of North Georgia, and the Fiduciary and Elder Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. He enjoys running and being outdoors in his free time.  He lives in Johns Creek with his canine companion, Piper, and his cat, Beauregard.
